Maple Village is a leased land community.  This means that instead of purchasing a home and the land on which it sits, an individual purchases the physical home and leases the land.
 
The homes in Maple Village are all new or fairly new modular Maple Leaf Homes.  You can choose from over 60 models of Maple Leaf Homes, which can be customized to your needs.  All the lots in Maple Village are 60 feet x 120 feet for a total of 7200 sq feet.
