Toner Realty was founded in 1999, by Claude Toner and Terry Toner.  Sarah Toner-Morrison joined the company in 2004.  Toner Realty is currently operated by Terry Toner and Sarah Toner-Morrison.  Toner Realty currently has six divisions which include Maple Village subdivision, Poplar Grove subdivision, commercial real estate, office and apartment rentals, outdoor advertising, as well as a Maple Leaf Homes franchise.
